Let me repeat that because it sounds sooo cool! “Moments of Inertia” Now take a short while to think about it….
That’s what I did today; partly - whilst I beavered away at work chomping on cakes provided by Jackie for her birthday (waves madly at best friend), well to be fair I “did” have to check the cakes were of suitable quality for our co-workers? but I digress….(an example of losing inertia)…..nice! That got me back on track?
What is this track exactly? Well….our lives, yours, mine, the milkman’s, the postal worker’s - are all controlled affected by this thing called INERTIA; I love this word, and for all Friday I am going to try and use it as much as possible. It’s one of those words that describes a force or feeling that you cannot touch or see, yet the word itself suggests a tangibility (another nice word) of such great magnitude.
I believe I experienced I real moment of inertia at work today, whilst I was working through a rather complex problem with a customer; however, after closer inspection I realise the truth of the matter was simpler than I had first thought - I had passed wind……
….
….
Sorry, just waiting for the tumbleweed to pass, shouldn’t be long now?
….
….
There we go
(…wooosh) Anyways - I’m in such a silly mood these days; and if I misuse a semi-colon one more time!!!; Damn!! too late…. (methinks the intertia behind this post is being lost on bad jokes)
How would you describe the last moment of Inertia you experienced in YOUR LIFE?
