Once upon a time in a land called Middle Earth….hang on?! No wait I mean Widnes. Just off Junction 7 of the M62….there was a wonderous land filled with magical glitter and nature, the only thing missing really was Elrond and of course Bilbo!!

Unfortunatley, although I have a really good camrea, the Flash fill isn’t too great, so I am saving up for a proper flash. Anyways, today was really good and the band sounded excellent! It was all for a good cause at the end of the day, and I really think we all had a good laugh!

....er.....me?

That rather blurred sash reads - “Macmillan Cancer Relief” - a worthwhile cause :)

I had a top day and as you can see from here on the band website, I took a few more pics too — – >

I’m off to make me some tea now, as I haven’t eaten much all day, in fact all I have had is two mince pies! The first of the season too?! I will be back at work tomorrow so don’t be expecting too much on the blog for a while. I will make an effort though. I have set up a kind of daily timetable of things I need to do, I think it is the only way for me to be able to prioritise everything I have set myself in the way of goals and stuff….so we shall be testing that out next week.

This new drive includes getting up at 6am every day, and fitting in a proper time for exercise before breakfast etc….who’s gonna take bets on how long this will last (p.s. I am allowed a lie in at the weekends)?

Oh well - blogs ya all later on :)

I will be playing at Rivendell (Not the one near the Misty Mountains!) with the band this afternoon at 2PM, Rivendell Garden Centre in Widnes to be exact a little to the North of the Mersey…

If you are in the area pop a long and listen to some carols eh? Hopefully this year the fire alarm won’t go off again and we won’t need to be evacuated, oh the fun! Will be taking my camera along to take some pics as this blog is sadly lacking in photo content.

Blogs ya later…
