Today zoomed by, not quite sure what happened really….I’ve just got home from band practice as we begin the ritual of weeding out all the music we “Don’t” want to be playing this year, on a plus note (sorry about the pun) looks like “The Floral Dance” is back in the pads, a piece which I very much like, although the last time I actually played it was over ten years ago - YUP - TEN YEARS ….yikes!!

On the way to band practice I saw something that was simply just SOOOOO wrong! I can’t decide whether it was a CHAV experiment gone wrong or a sign that the evolution of lower down society had took a turn for the worse….I only wish I had the presence of mind to take a picture and share it….maybe next time….anyways - I saw an “OLD STYLE” Lada with gawdy bright blue L.E.D. lights underneath a mod usually reserved for the lightspeed faster hotrods out there….maybe deep down inside the owner - who I suspect was a fortysomething going through a second midlife crisis thought it actually would go faster with them on?

We may never know the truth….
