….Ok I was in a releativley good mood this morning, until I am left to pick up the pieces for one of the customers on my portfolio. Why is it that so many people operate and exist in a blame culture these days? Why is it that I feel like I am the only one willing to take ownership when we mess up (we being the royal we, for the company I work for).

I would step up to the plate and speak about this internally, however, I have worked here for over seven years now, and I know for a fact it would fall on deaf or disolusioned ears. I could have not bothored today, I could have simply said, “whatever, get on with it, I’m off to make a cuppa….”; instead I take hold of the situation and attempt to illustrate to the customer that at least one person cares about their business…..

….I am not paid enough for this kind of hassle and stress, well at least I can talk to the doctor about that next week.
