So,

Before Christmas I wanted to get a better phone, which involved leaving Vodafone and going with T-Mobile. As Vodafone did last year, they rang me back to try and some how keep my custom since I have been a life-long customer of theirs…suffice to say, they gave me a pretty respectable deal.

So, within my statutory 7 days as the T-Mobile was an over the phone deal - it arrived on the 5th of December see HERE Anyways, long story short - I rang them back on the 8th to state my intent to return the phone to them and cancel the contract, I was advised this was ok and I had to follow this up in writing either through the post or in an email. I said ok I will send an email now? What’s your address…they directed me to just contact them through their website…

Christmas comes and goes and nothing is seen or heard, no silver returns bag etc…what arrives today?? A BILL for the line rental of said CANCELLED phone!!!!!

Irrate I ring them up to complain and explain to them I am not liable to pay a single penny, only to be told “I will get my manager to ring you back”…………..

I am still waiting……I am still not going to pay a penny, and when they are ready the phone is here waiting to be returned to them.

SIGH!!!
