…Just when you thought it was safe!!!

I received a letter today dated the 7th Feb from the Debt Collection Agency; which I suspect was as a direct result of the careless attitude of the caller that called me in rather unsocial hours the other night! Stating that despite the best efforts of the debt company I had made no attempt to pay the money I owed they were referring my case to the Home Collections Department (posh description for Bailiffs methinks?)

I discovered this letter at lunch today when I popped home for a breather from work (aka The Ninth level of HELL for today…) as you can apprecaite I was fumed and incensed by this. Some people are such job worths! Well - I was straight on the phone - went through all the necessary security which I must admit is always a good thing to get the the call handler advising me …“Ah yes sir….we are no longer dealing with that case, it’s been handed back to T-Mobile..” ….audible sigh from me! “Good that’s just what I wanted to hear….goodbye” ‘click’

Still no sign of a returns bag yet though?
