Ya Know? I haven’t got round to sharing my weekend fun with you all yet huh? I have been so caught up and busy with my work that I forgot about the party I went to on Saturday night! You see…..

It’s Saturday - and Angela who plays Flugal in the band Frodsham Silver Band invited me to the celebrations for her “Nth” anniversary of her birthday; I won’t share the actual age here…suffice to say it rhymes with “naughty” ok?

Anyways, shock! horror!! I actually went and I actually socialised a bit and I actually had a rather good time!? ….and YES I was the first on the dance-floor and managed to raise more than a couple of eye-brows with the “DAMO-MOVES”, I managed to drink perhaps a little more than I was intending to, but I am fairly confident that I didn’t say or do anything “too” embarressing? Time will tell I suppose, when I go to band rehersal next week, and get all the comments hehe….

Bah - I was just having fun m’k? speaking of which once this week is over, I SERIOUSLY need to plan something spontaneous and fun that involves more than just me….yes I think it is time to hold work colleagues captive on a night out somewhere, which includes aclohol and “team-building competition” question is what? Bowling has been done to death and I really don’t fancy another night of that, Carting on the other hand? Sounds like a possibility!!! (Watch this space!)

Well, it’s all sorted, I have got my flight arranged. Tickets reserved and paid for. I have emailed my sister to reserve my bit of floor space at her appartment! I am definitley looking forward to some REAL R&R… I intend to keep the blog updated while I am out there and hopefully update with a few pictures of my travels along the way. So, for two weeks in the month of May this site will be transformed from a Blog….into a..well um what would you call something that is a blog about travelling? A TROG? ….A TRALOG? um…answers on a postcard to…. Hong Kong obviously!

I am now officiantly on count-down watch for my next holiday to Hong Kong!! This time I will be going for 2 weeks. It is nearly 3 years since I last went, and this time my trip coincides with my sister’s 30th Birthday Party! Yay!!!

I have a number of things I want to do while I am out there, amongst them are a visit to the recently opened Dinseyworld, and another trip to Po-Lin Monastery - YIPPPPEEE! I’d like to find someone versed in Infinite Tai-Chi which I did a night school a while back. It was developed in Hong Kong and would be nice to see how the pro’s do it

Think I’m gonna have a little wine tonight in an attempt to cheer up before tomorrow’s festivities. Oh and Mother’s Day of course?!

I feel so tired these days, and I can’t put my finger on it…other than work is really stressing me out.

Not just fed up tired, but really physically fatigued. Lethargic. Drained…

It’s annoying the heck outta me, because I have got so much that needs doing and I even had an early night last night, and got a full night’s sleep!

I hope it wears off soon?

I feel more centered and calm now because I am not at work quite clearly…..

The true art behind meditation I think is learning not just to quiet the mind, but to also learn how to WAKE UP when you do! Otherwise you will miss the whole point of it.

I’ve lost track with my centering and focus when meditating, so I have gone back to learning how to quiet the mind, it’s not a race. So, I am not concerned; I just know - once I crack it, I will be far healthier in my outlook, and much less stressed!

I am having a WRONG SIDE OF THE BED day today….trying to have a conversation with me today could prove hazardous to your health. Sometimes - my patience is tried to the absolute limit, and today is no exeption. however, I am “choosing” not to let it bother me any longer.

Whether by design, or by mere fate…today has zoomed past me at a large number of knots. I am still a bit dazed by the speed with which today has happened. I am “supposed” to be at the AGM for the Band tonight, but I am simply too drained to get in the car and travel a round trip of sixty miles for a few shared words and views for the coming year. Plus I’m low of fuel and need to conserve things a bit till payday next week…(I hope they understand?)…aside from that, I think I am headed to bed for an early night tonight…

You know? I don’t know whether to be dissappointed or impressed. I watched “The Brother’s Grim” this evening, in the style that Terry Gilliam is renowned for, I was hoping for maybe just a little more..meat…

I mean, come on!? The Brother’s Grim virtually invented the “Fairytale Story”, presonally; I found this too fictional based on what I know of the Grims, I’ve been to Germany, I have seen their statue; and that speaks of a deeper more msyterious art of story-telling, not just simple dark misplaced magic! Hmmm….maybe I will give it the benefit of another viewing, to be sure, perhaps I am missing something? I am after all normally very much in favour of Terry’s work….

….For what is left of St Patrick’s Day (all of 15 mins>?!) I wish everyone the luck of the Irish!
