Safer tonight!
Posted by: cyberevolution in General, tags: Band Stuff, General, Karma, Random ThoughtsWell, I survived another band rehersal tonight - in a manner of speaking. At least I didn’t narrowly miss the jaws of death yet again, I have stocked up on loads of celery, apples, and tomatoes as I start my diet regime “en” force! I am hoping that (coupled with my exercising…and that may include the odd occasional walk to work weather permitting
) I will be considerably lighter by this time next week.
Failing that, I’ll just have to go out and by a new wardrobe that fits….
Since I’ve left Bubble on his own two nights running now, I have treated him to some apple tonight, and I think he appreciates it hehe! Well, time for bed - until tomorrow sweet dreams to one and all.

Glad you had a calmer evening. Stocking up on celery and apples etc is all well and good but will be out balanced by your visits to work sandwich van for them famous oatcakes! (Can’t blaim you though, there are delicious!) Join the gym, in fact, join the gym that I am at, and when you sign up you’ll secure me a free months membership! Everyones a winner
…and “which” gym is that perchance? (Despite me previously saying somewhere in my blog that gym’s are a waist of money for someone like me)….but I “am” open minded….
That would be Total Fitness on Macon Way, Gym’s are expensive especially this one! Mine is near £75 a month for a joint membership, single will set you back £42 a month. Find a partner and it only works out at £37.50 a month each. Expensive you may say, but if you use it often and utilise its facilites, it works out value for money.
…right now try doing that as a single mortgage payer, who has pay all his own bills, including but lmiited to gas, electric, water, tv license, council tax, food & clothing, petrol etc…. on “your” wage, and tell me it is value for money, my gym is in my front room and is as good as if not beter than Fitness First, I have a magnetic exercise bike, positioned in front of the telly, and it gets a good amount of use….
But you dont have a hydrotherapy swimming pool, which is at bath temperature and bubbles away lovingly…. Oh and a Sunarium, a Steam Room and a Sauna, the perfect wind down after a workout. You’d think I worked there the way I am selling that to you.
Oh if you want to lose weight, Swimming is by far the best activity. And yes the gym has a 25m version of pool!
…sigh. I consede on the swimming, BUT - it is far cheaper just to go to the local baths…
Crewe local baths, with the risk of roofing tiles come tumbling down on your head! LOL
…who said anything about That far away, just look out into the car park mate?
