It’s official!  I am killing the environment, I am a murderer, I am resposnsible for global warmnig, and I will smoulder in some undescribable level of Hell for all time!!

Single Home Occupancy is to blame.  Simply - because I live in a house, on my own - I waste more energy and create more rubbish than the average household?!  (I’d love to see the metrics used to come to this conclusion??) - despite the fact, I switch appliances off, and wall sockets too especially when not in the home (including phone chargers after Blue Witch “educated to their cost some time ago”)….

Well, I could have seen it coming, I pay the Tax, get no goverment help other than a pittiful 25% off council tax; because I have no kids and I am not with anyone, because I choose to work and support myself - and now I am wasting all the energy my precious little wages pay for. 

Although I grumble from time to time, I know it won’t change the way society or the government see me, and it certainly won’t change the price of fish.  I wouldn’t exchange where I am for the world, because it keeps my head firmly on the ground - not knowing if I can afford bread and milk next week; real life’s hard adventure.  They don’t teach you that in school do they? 

Lesson to learn here, is if you choose to own a house on your own, you will pay for it, in more ways than one - and now if governmenet studies are anything to go by you will be shunned for being anti-environmental……
