CYBEREVOLUTION

…In the past I have always dissed joining a gym, believing it to be a waste of money.  However, this week I have had the opportunity to try one out for a week (most importantly for FREE).  Now that I have seen what they can offer, in terms of customized programs to my needs -I am tempted suffieciently to become a member, especially as in just one week I have seen the results of my labour; so far I have lost near 2Kg in weight!

So, to celebrate today I treated myself to a KFC for lunch, the gravy proved too much for me to resist :P 

I haven’t decided specifically which gym to join yet, however, as there is a LOT of competition here where I live, so I will be carrying out a bit of a test to see if this competition will be enough to enstill some salesmanship towards me and I can get a good deal on the membership.

…Failing that I think I will simply subscribe to SKY HD instead…
