ya know….me and gadgets; well…  there **IS** something about some gadgets I cannot resist, if it’s something geeky all the better too.  Anyways - In my vein hope to lose a bit of weight I purchased a digital body fat anyliser.

This one even has a clock and alarm…. (BONUS!)

Anyways, I put my details in, weight 100Kg and height approx 175cm, age 31 (ok ok!! nearly 32) and pressed the start button…..after 5 seconds the little gadegt spurts out my body fat percentage…”34.8%”; although it confirms I am officially over weight I think I will sleep tonight
