Mood : tired

Well, it is the longest In have spent in London village in one go; but whilst I didn’t take as full advantage of it as the “snoring herbert” who sat across from me in the course I still had a great time :) (he apparently went to a different show every night) and whilst most of us sat attentively listening to our tutor Yogesh (somewhat of an Alexi Sale looky likey) this guy was drifting in and out of consciousness…it was most comical….

Anyways, for the most part we walked from the hotel to the course which took 40 mins a pop every morning aiming for a 09:00hrs start (despite some colleagues rather conservative estimates?!) I must admit - I was not prepared for this experience and at some point I felt like a salmon swimming up stream through the sheer mass of people walking in the opposite direction to me, as we crossed on the wronged side of the Tower Bridge, due to some sort of construction work.

I know a little more than I did last week.  I have now met more members of my family, and slowly my inner circle of blood relatives grows again :) - now I am back home and it is the weekend, you would think I could rest right?

Wrong :( I have my work cut out, preparing my spare room in readiness for my new lodger…  so with that I will bid you a good morning, as I scoot off to more chores, and cleaning out.  (yes I am throwing out as much as I can in an effort to streamline my life)…

…I “WILL” defeat this hoarder in me!!

One Response to “My week in London is over…”
  1. Morning! Oh, I can tell you drinking malibu & coke the evening before a sleepless night really does nothing for your head in the morning! I hope you enjoyed yourself down in London. I’ll be up in the wilds of Cheshire on Monday… Malpas to me more acturate. We were going to visit Crewe too, but I think that plan has changed. More family research. Enjoy the weekend! (And you’ll never defeat the hoarder in you! Hehe).
