“Faith Specific Care within the NHS”

Apologies to Professor Aziz Sheikh if I have missed the point completely here but, it’s nothing personal against a specific faith when it comes to the NHS, they are lacking in support ACROSS THE BOARD!

What the professor asks for here, is something that risks making this country even more seperatist “religiously” than it is already?  Asking for the NHS to mould more towards a specific religion’s requirements is a very dangerous move, for a public body in a country as religiously diverse as ours it should strive to be as religiously transparrent as possible surely?

How dare anyone representing one specific religion dictate how the NHS evolve? (and before you say I know what he is saying is merely a suggestion)….

My biggest concern with the professor’s suggestion(s) is the monetary impact of yet more changes to the NHS.  Does the professor not realise the NHS is the biggest tax waste bin in the country thanks to the proliferation of way too much top heavy management/consultancy, and an increase in boob jobs on the NHS (I’m not joking)…None essential medical vanities such as cosmetic surgery, should be outlawed within the NHS! Yet it continues to happen.

Also medical trusts that leave surgery’s unused during a working week, at the expense of continued waiting lists should be fined for such action, or at the very least be held more accountable to the continued problem it causes.  Of course nothing is ever black and white in this country.

Bah! I rue the day I ever fall ill enough to require hospital support, The chances in this day and age, of a proper level of care in ratio to the taxes I have paid over the years are probably slimer than winning the lottery - speaking of which I must go buy a Euro ticket now!

It Passed!!Well, what can I say?  I was worried over nothing at all, but it surprises me how quickly three years has gone.  It only seems like yesterday when I got my trusty little Citroen C2; and now it has passed it’s first M.O.T. “Well done my trusty steed!!” - I may well treat it to a delux valet in return for the many miles it has traversed at my beck and call?

In other news, I’ve just had a bit of curry with my chips for dinner, so the strong winds may continue into the weekend….o.O
