My house effectivley went on the market today. they’ll be back out in a week to take all the measurements; and by then I’ll have emptied it of all the large stuff that isn’t following me to New Zealand. At least I won’t have to worry too much once that stage is reached, and my dad will take care of the sale in my absence.

It’s zero hour though, because I have “only just” missed having to fork out for a dreaded HIP (Home Information Pack) as they come into force for three bedroom properties on Monday.

In other news? Not much to tell - I’m still a bit scared about upping sticks and moving to New Zealand, but it’s a healthy scared, the kind of scared that lets you know you are still alive I just hope the ethos over there is as great as I hear? Cleaner, Greener, Safer, Cheaper sounds like some kind of Nivrana! Anyhooo - just thought I would drop a quick blog (ewwww that actually sounds kinda disgusting?!) - catch ya’s later
