		<description>...and I wouldn't have thought otherwise of someone as nice as you!  the key differentiator however is using a persons name if they are wearing a name-tag;  it actually has an amazingly profound effect on the employee concerned; simply because it's so rare - and that one simple act can have a bearing on how you are treated the next time you shop with them (in a positive sense), I guess it could be construed as one of those tricks in the aresenal to give consumers the upper hand, without actually being underhand....
