Subtle Energies

Today has a strange feeling. Not a bad one mind! I can’t quite place it. Like something deep inside me has stirred, and is trying to wake up! For the past couple of weeks I’ve been going through a bit of internal termoil. Complicated by the way my heart feels for certain people. Well today I realised that it doesn’t matter what anyone thinks about who I choose to love, at the end of the day, I will judge myself; and because those I choose to love, recieve it without any condition - I know I will judge favourably upon myself.

This has led me to another revalation if you like? I have come to the conclusion that you ‘CAN’ choose your family just as you ‘CAN’ choose your friends, and if your heart is in the right place, friends are just like your extended family anyway! It’s only enemies you cannot choose, so if you are in the unlucky position to have any enemies at all? You should make it your life’s work to make them you friends…..then perhaps one day - they may become your family.

My heart is open….
