OMG!!! I’ve just finished watching a DVD - I wasn’t sure what to watch this evening, so I went for a random pick out of my collection, which turned out to be ‘Independance Day’ - and guess what date it is today?!!!?!

DUH!

I promise I didn’t realise it was the 4th July until after I finished watching the DVD….

All I can assume is my unconsious mind was well aware of the date, and thought the irony wouldn’t be wasted on me!

In other news…I am off to watch my first live game of Rugby at the Westpac Arena (amiably known as the cake-tin) tomorrow evening, with the All Blacks (New Zealand) yay!! Versus the Springboks (South Africa) in the start of the Tri-Nations. This should prove to be a very interesting game! Of course I’ll be supporting the local team
